Heat, Water Supply To Be Restored In Poltava Region Kuleba

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine and Minister for Communities and Territories Development, Oleksii Kuleba, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

According to Kuleba, repair crews continue restoration efforts after yesterday's Russian strikes.

In the Kharkiv region, energy workers and utility services are working nonstop to stabilize vital infrastructure systems. The scale of destruction is significant, and time is needed to restart equipment.

Currently, about 100,000 customers remain without electricity, water, and heat supply. Points of invincibility are operating in the region and in Kharkiv itself. The Kharkiv metro is functioning as a shelter, and public ground transport continues to operate.

In the Poltava region, the process of restoring heat and water supply is already underway, Kuleba noted.

Despite power outages and voltage fluctuations, rail connections with the Kharkiv and Poltava regions remain operational.

In the Poltava region, the Food Train has been launched - a special train that provides hot meals to residents of communities left without electricity. Over two days, the Food Train's cooks plan to distribute more than 2,000 portions, Kuleba said.
