Russian Forces Strike Critical Infrastructure In Kharkiv Region
(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Lozova Mayor Serhii Zelenskyi announced this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"Enemy attack. Critical infrastructure is under attack. Be cautious!" the post reads.
