SANHA GmbH & Co. KG: Business performance on track with sustained profitability in the first nine months of 2025

• Revenue slightly above previous year at EUR 94.6 million, driven by positive refrigeration and industrial business
• EBITDA at EUR 15.6 million and EBITDA margin at 16.5% remain at a good level
• Outlook for full year 2025: Expected solid business performance confirmed despite difficult market conditions

Essen, 28 October 2025 – SANHA GmbH & Co. KG, one of the leading manufacturers of piping systems, was able to slightly increase its revenue in the first nine months of the 2025 financial year despite a continuing difficult market environment and has achieved a robust positive result in line with expectations.

Despite continued weaker demand in Germany, revenue rose to EUR 94.6 million, up 1.9% on the previous year (EUR 92.9 million). This is attributable in particular to growth in the refrigeration and industrial business (OEM) and to positive developments in the markets of Poland, Slovakia, Czechia, the Scandinavian countries and the USA. In Germany, the development in the new construction sector remains restrained due to sharply rising construction costs, whereas demand in the renovation business is stable and ensuring good capacity utilisation on the plumber's side. However, the situation in the sanitary and heating market remains tense. Despite the difficult economic situation, SANHA is recording a stable business development overall thanks to its broad product portfolio and independence from regional and industry developments.

As in the first half of the year, gross profit of EUR 57.4 million (excluding exchange rate gains) improved significantly compared with the previous year's figure of EUR 55.7 million (excluding exchange rate gains), mainly as a result of a more positive product and customer mix. At EUR 15.6 million, EBITDA was only slightly below the previous year's figure of EUR 15.9 million, corresponding to an EBITDA margin of 16.5% (previous year: 17.1%). Operating profit (EBIT) was also down slightly at EUR 11.1 million, compared with EUR 11.6 million in the previous year, resulting in a margin of 11.7% (previous year: 12.5%).

Against the backdrop of a slight increase in project enquiries and the further expansion of our international customer portfolio, we are confident regarding the upcoming months. Based on the robust first nine months, we are confirming our outlook for the full year of stable revenue development with a slight reduction in EBITDA and EBIT."
