Jordan FM, US Official Talk Latest Developments In The Region
Amman: Jordan's Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi met on Monday with Jeremy Lewin, US Under-Secretary for Foreign Assistance, Humanitarian Affairs and Religious Freedom at the State Department, who is currently visiting the Kingdom.
The two officials discussed ways to enhance the strategic relations between Jordan and the US, as well as the latest developments in the region.

They also reviewed ongoing efforts to maintain the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, ensure the immediate and sufficient delivery of humanitarian aid, and guarantee the implementation of all terms of the agreement.
Safadi reiterated Jordan's appreciation for the efforts made by US President Donald Trump to help achieve the ceasefire, his proposal to end the war in Gaza, facilitate aid delivery and reconstruction, prevent the displacement of Palestinians, and his firm stance against the annexation of the West Bank.
