The meeting reflected His Highness the Prime Minister's interest in encouraging the KFAS' national staff, reviewing their efforts in developing the foundation's performance and promoting the culture of innovation as part of its 2025-2029 strategy, KFAS said in a press release.
During the meeting, a KFAS team made a visual presentation about the foundation's initiative aimed at transforming employees' ideas into applicable development projects as part of its strategy, it added.
The foundation's initiatives are mainly intended to upgrade institutional efficiency, develop infrastructure, and unifying electronic systems, according to the release.
The foundation praised His Highness the Prime Minister's continuous role and support for its efforts and staff in delivering its message and attaining its developmental and scientific goals.
It noted that such efforts came in the context of its endeavor to promote the culture of institutional innovation and turn ideas into projects with tangible impact for upgrading efficiency and governance and bolstering scientific and technological development in Kuwait.
The foundation then held a dinner for His Highness the Prime Minister and the foundation's board of directors and staff in a friendly atmosphere that reflected cooperation and integration among the foundation's various sectors. (end)
