I'm currently a postdoc at Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary. I earned my PhD from Smith School of Business, Queen's University. My research focuses on tattoos in the workplace, namely employee perceptions of tattooed colleagues, and workplace safety, particularly the consequences of work injuries and fatalities for family members, coworkers, and leaders.
