Cityscape Qatar Kicks Off With Real Estate Projects Worth Over Qr400m
Doha, Qatar: Qatar's largest real estate event is underway at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) until October 14, 2025, bringing together leading local and international real estate companies.
The exhibition provides an exceptional opportunity for buyers and investors to explore the latest developments and trends shaping the regional property market across a 9,000 sqm platform.
With projects valued at over QR400m, this year's edition is themed 'Shaping the Future of Real Estate.' The event is expected to attract more than 15,000 visitors and features over 80 exhibitors from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, and Georgia.
President and Chief Executive Officer of United Development Company (UDC), Yasser Al Jaidah reaffirmed UDC's leadership in Qatar's real estate sector through its participation in Cityscape Qatar 2025.
The company is showcasing a portfolio of landmark developments and distinctive investment opportunities, with a particular focus this year on the final sales phase of Gewan Island, a premier development that exemplifies UDC's commitment to luxury, innovation and sustainable living.
UDC also marks a significant milestone with the achievement of three Guinness World Records. These include recognition of Crystal Walk on Gewan Island as the world's longest outdoor air-conditioned retail walkway and the largest interactive lighting canopy, as well as the designation of The Pearl Island as home to the world's largest pneumatic waste collection system.
Collectively, these accolades underscore UDC's vision of delivering world-class destinations that enhance quality of life, inspire national pride and contribute meaningfully to Qatar's sustainable urban and economic development.
Engineer Mohamed Al Emadi from Barwa Real Estate Company told The Peninsula that Cityscape remains one of the most influential exhibitions in the sector, enabling direct interaction between developers and potential investors.
“We always ensure our participation in Cityscape, as it allows us to communicate directly with investors and property seekers. The advantage of the exhibition is that it enables us to advise visitors on the best options available in the market and how to choose the right property,” Al Emadi said.
Discussing the participation of the Egyptian Pavilion, Dr. Moyasser Saddiq, Chairman of Ibhar Enterprises Group, emphasized the significance of Egypt's presence at this year's event.

Choosing the right property requires precision-evaluating standards, delivery timelines, and location are key factors every investor should consider,” Saddiq noted.
With numerous real estate experts and brokers offering one-on-one consultations, the exhibition serves as a valuable platform for investors and homebuyers to gain deeper insights into Qatar's property market before making decisions.
Among the highlights, Lusail City continues to stand out as one of Qatar's most promising investment destinations, with its rapid expansion and ongoing commercial and residential developments solidifying its role as a major hub for real estate growth.
