Kyiv's Water Supply Fully Restored Svyrydenko
"Efforts continue to eliminate the consequences of Russia's massive missile and drone attack on Ukraine's energy facilities. As of 19:00, water supply has been fully restored in all districts of Kyiv," she wrote.
Svyrydenko added that the water infrastructure in the Kirovohrad region has also been restarted and that water should be available in all taps by morning.
"Thanks to the work of energy crews, the Cherkasy region was fully reconnected during the day, and emergency outage schedules in the Donetsk region have been lifted. In Kyiv, restoration is ongoing – 540,000 consumers have already been reconnected since last night," Svyrydenko said.
She said that emergency blackouts remain in place in parts of Kyiv, as well as in the Kyiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, and Kirovohrad regions. In the Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions, restrictions currently apply only to industry. In the Chernihiv region, hourly rolling blackouts remain in effect.
"I am receiving regular updates from the Deputy Prime Minister for Ukraine's Recovery, the Minister of Energy, and the Minister of Internal Affairs. We are constantly coordinating work with local authorities and regional administrations. I am grateful to everyone who has been working all day to overcome the consequences of the attacks and to keep our country running," Svyrydenko wrote.

Kyiv City Military Administration chief Tymur Tkachenko reported on Telegram: "This morning, at peak, more than 5,800 buildings were without electricity and over 7,000 without water. More than 540,000 consumers have now been reconnected, including 80,000 in the past few hours."
He stressed that crews are working until full restoration is achieved. "Water has been returned throughout the network, and pressure is being stabilized. Much depends on electricity, but utilities are doing everything possible," Tkachenko said.
He added that "throughout the day, points of invincibility, water distribution points, and mobile water delivery were set up across the city; public transport services were restored; and adjustments were made to the operating schedules of schools and healthcare facilities."
Tkachenko thanked doctors, teachers, municipal workers, and district heads for their work under such difficult conditions.
Regarding damage to residential buildings from Russian strikes, he noted that "fires have been extinguished, all 12 injured have received assistance, and a humanitarian center operated in the Pecherskyi district throughout the day to ensure support for all affected."
According to the Kyiv City State Administration, electricity supply to Kyivvodokanal facilities has been stabilized. Water pressure in the Holosiivskyi, Pecherskyi, Solomianskyi, and Shevchenkivskyi districts is now within normal levels. All pumping stations are operating in routine mode, and the capital's water supply is fully restored.
Meanwhile, energy crews continue working to repair damaged facilities and networks to ensure that electricity is fully restored to all consumers.
As of 20:15, power had been restored to 466,000 consumers.
As Ukrinform reported, last night Russia launched more than 30 missiles and over 450 attack drones against Ukraine's critical infrastructure. More than 20 people were injured, and a child was killed in Zaporizhzhia.
