Gartner started his career in the manufacturing industry, gaining firsthand experience with the challenges faced by engineers and production teams. He later transitioned to the software sector, dedicating the last two decades to helping manufacturers improve data management and collaboration with CAD and PLM solutions.
His career includes senior leadership roles at leading CAD/PLM resellers such as IMAGINiT Technologies, and SolidCAD, where he served as Sales Director and National Director. Gartner is widely recognized for building high-performing sales organizations, driving adoption of engineering software solutions, and leading regional and national growth initiatives.
