I am a health law professor and associate dean of research. I previously served as faculty director of a nationally-ranked health law program. In addition to my tenured position at DePaul University, I have also taught health law at the University of Chicago and at Loyola University Chicago, which has one of the top-ranked programs in the country. I have won national awards for my scholarship and university-level awards for my scholarship and teaching. Prior to entering academia, I was a litigation partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and clerked for a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
