“A total of 231 combat engagements were recorded over the past day. Yesterday, the enemy carried out massive missile and air strikes on Ukrainian positions and settlements, launching 53 missiles and conducting 56 airstrikes with 130 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the enemy deployed 5,490 kamikaze drones and carried out 4,063 shelling attacks against our troops and settlements, including 121 using multiple launch rocket systems,” the report reads.

The Russian invaders also carried out airstrikes in the areas of Zaliznychne, Zaporizhzhia, Orikhiv (Zaporizhzhia region) and Antonivka (Kherson region).

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, Ukrainian defenders repelled 12 Russian attacks. The enemy carried out three airstrikes, dropping seven guided aerial bombs in total, and conducted 155 artillery strikes, including five from multiple launch rocket systems.

Over the past day, in the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, there were 31 combat engagements near Vovchanski Khutory, Odradne, Boholivka, Kutkivka, Krasne Pershe, Kamianka, and Zapadne.

In the Kupiansk sector, eight enemy attacks were recorded. Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled assaults near Kupiansk and Petropavlivka.

In the Lyman sector, the enemy attacked 12 times, attempting to advance near Serednie, Novoselivka, Karpivka, Torske, and toward Cherneshchyna and Drobysheve.

In the Siversk sector, the Russians attacked near Yampil, Hryhorivka, Vyimka, and Fedorivka - a total of 13 engagements took place over the past day.

In the Kramatorsk sector, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled four enemy attacks near Chasiv Yar and Stupochky.

In the Toretsk sector, the enemy carried out 17 attacks near Oleksandro-Kalynove, Kleban-Byk, Shcherbynivka, Rusyn Yar, and Poltavka.

In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukrainian defenders halted 57 enemy attacks near Volodymyrivka, Sukhetske, Zvirove, Nykonorivka, Zolotyi Kolodiaz, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Myroliubivka, Novoekonomichne, Kozatske, Lysivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Zatyshok, and toward Pokrovsk and Filiia.

In the Novopavlivka sector, Ukraine's Defense Forces repelled 42 enemy assaults in the areas of Myrne, Piddubne, Novoselivka, Sichneve, Novoiehorivka, Ternove, Sosnivka, Komyshuvakha, Vorone, Maliivka, Berezove, Kalynivske, Novomykolaivka, and Novohryhorivka.

In the Huliaipole sector, four combat engagements were recorded near Poltavka.

In the Orikhiv sector, six engagements took place - the enemy attempted to advance near Plavni and Stepove.

In the Prydniprovske sector, Ukrainian units repelled two enemy attacks near the Antonivskyi Bridge.

In the Volyn and Polissia sectors, there were no signs of enemy offensive group formations.

Yesterday, the aviation, missile forces, and artillery of Ukraine's Defense Forces struck three clusters of enemy personnel, weapons, and military equipment.

According to Ukrinform, total Russian combat losses in the war against Ukraine from February 24, 2022, to October 6, 2025, are approximately 1,116,340 personnel, with 1,090 losses over the past day.
