Kuwait PM Rep. Concludes Participation In Al-Ula's MSC Leaders Meeting


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ALULA, Saudi Arabia Oct 1 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, representing Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, departed Al-Ula Wednesday after attending the Munich Security Conference (MSC) Leaders Meeting, with an official delegation.
In remarks to KUNA earlier Wednesday, Sheikh Fahad reaffirmed Kuwait's commitment under its current GCC presidency to collective security, unified Gulf positions, and the promotion of regional dialogue while strengthening international cooperation in addressing shared security and development challenges.
The meeting, which concludes Thursday, discussed global trade, regional crises, energy transitions, maritime trade security, nuclear safety, and broader efforts to enhance peace, stability, and cooperation in regional and international frameworks, with emphasis on economic and energy partnerships.
