Wendy Stone is Professor of Housing & Social Policy, leads Swinburne University of Technology's HHAUS Housing, Homelessness and Urban Studies research group and is AHURI-Swinburne Research Centre Director. Wendy specialises in applied policy research on the nexus between housing, social and urban inequalities and actionable evidence for policy solutions. Her research focuses on housing, child, family and community wellbeing and inclusive housing futures. Previously, Wendy held senior research positions at the Australian Institute of Family Studies and the Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute (AHURI).
