Kahramaa Organises 2025 Administrative Forum

Doha: The Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) organized the 2025 Administrative Forum to underscore the pivotal role of administrative personnel in advancing its mission and realizing its strategic objectives.

Held under the motto: Behind every achievement is a shining administrative effort, the event, convened in the presence of President of Kahramaa HE Eng. Abdulla bin Ali Al Theyab, served as an interactive platform that brought together functionaries from various departments, as part of the corporation's unwavering commitment to reinforcing the effective administrative role in achieving corporate excellence.

The forum featured a wide array of panel discussions between functionaries and administrative leadership, along with interactive workshops aimed at honing skills and fostering innovative thinking in the workplace.

It presented a primer of key administrative initiatives achieved over the past period, which largely contributed to optimizing corporate performance efficiency and advancing organizational work mechanisms.

HE Al Theyab honored the recipients of the Administrative Excellence Awards, namely in the categories of proactive administrative employee, distinguished administrative coordinator, and outstanding customer service employee, for their significant contributions to administrative achievements and the enhancement of the work environment.

Manager of the Human Resources Department at Kahramaa, Najlaa Al Buanain, stated that organizing such events reflects Kahramaa's commitment to boosting cooperation and sharing expertise among staff. She added that these events largely contribute to enhancing performance quality and ensuring its sustainability based on the highest standards.
