Media strongly suggested Akshay Kumar sent Paresh a legal notice. However, Paresh later returned to the project, confirming his comeback as the beloved Baburao Ganpatrao Apte.

Social media is abuzz with speculation about the feud impacting Paresh Rawal's relationship with 'Hera Pheri 3' director Priyadarshan. Babu Bhaiya has now addressed the issue.

In a recent interview with News18, Paresh Rawal shared an update on 'Hera Pheri 3'. He said,“Work on it is currently in progress. We will start shooting the film next year in February-March.”

When asked about the impact of his decision to leave and then return to the film on his relationship with Priyadarshan, Paresh said, "A lot has happened, but it hasn't changed my relationship with Priyadarshan. Our relationship is not so fragile that it would deteriorate because of all these things.Rawal said that "In fact, we have strengthened our relationship. The bonding between us has become even stronger now. Through all this, we have now come to know each other even better. Now the wounds between us have healed. Our relationship is very transparent."Meanwhile, Paresh also expressed the possibility of a spin-off film on his character Babu Bhaiya. He said that there has been no discussion with the director about this yet, but if a spin-off is made on Baburao, it would require Sunil Shetty as Shyam and Akshay Kumar as Raju.

Paresh said,“I am not a greedy actor. I am not stupid either. I am not someone who believes that the world runs because of me. If ever a standalone film is made, it is necessary to have Shyam and Raju in it.”
