Sultan Of Oman Condemns Israeli Occupation Attack On Doha

MUSCAT, Sept 10 (KUNA) -- Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman, stressed on Wednesday the Sultanate absolute rejection of any aggression that threatens the security and safety of the State of Qatar and undermines the security and stability of the region.
This came during a phone call between Sultan Haitham and the Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, said Omani News Agency.
During the call, Sultan Haitham bin Tariq expressed the Sultanate of Oman's solidarity with the State of Qatar and its strong condemnation of the blatant Israeli occupation attack that targeted the residential headquarters of several Hamas leaders.
The Israeli attack was a criminal act and a flagrant violation of all international laws and norms, and a threat to the security of the State of Qatar and the countries of the region, Sultan Haitham added.
He also affirmed that the Sultanate of Oman stands with the State of Qatar in the measures it takes to protect its security and preserve its sovereignty. (end)
