Streamlined Digital-First Free Zone Set To Transform Business Launches
Dubai South has opened the Dubai South Business Hub, a digital-first free zone hub enabling entrepreneurs, SMEs and global firms to launch businesses online with same-day licensing, visa and compliance processing. The initiative combines end-to-end digital procedures, one-click services and personalised support to redefine company formation in Dubai.
The platform enables business setup entirely through a secure portal, where founders can apply for licences, renew them, manage documentation and handle visa and compliance matters seamlessly-eliminating traditional delays. DSBH is also backed by a Beyond Hub service suite that extends well beyond incorporation to include corporate banking, VAT and accounting support, visa facilitation, family relocation assistance, and government liaison, offering comprehensive end-to-end operational backing. This integrated model allows companies to“operate smoothly, scale efficiently, and remain fully compliant from day one.”
Located in Dubai South Business Park, the platform is embedded within a broader ecosystem featuring direct links to banks, government agencies, world-class infrastructure and global connectivity-leveraging legacy assets like Expo City and logistical corridors to create a scalable environment for business growth.
Nabil Al Kindi, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai South Properties, said that the launch emphasises the organisation's dedication“to creating an enabling environment that supports the ambitions of our partners and clients. By combining innovation, speed, and flexibility, we are setting a new benchmark for business support services in the UAE and beyond.”
The role of DSBH-as a digital-first free zone platform-is designed to attract founders who prioritise efficiency and user experience over traditional regulatory processes. Beyond licensing, it presents a full ecosystem, significantly reducing friction in regional entrepreneur onboarding.
