(Profertil) to Adecoagro S.A. and Asociacion de Cooperativas Argentinas Coop Ltda through a joint acquisition. The purchase price for Nutrien's shares in Profertil is expected to be approximately US$600 million on a pre-tax basis. Nutrien Ltd.
