Zaporizhzhia Region Hit By 449 Russian Strikes Over Past Day, Casualties Reported

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) As reported by Ukrinform, Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Head Ivan Fedorov said this in a post on Telegram .

“Russian troops launched eight airstrikes on Lukianivske, Novopavlivka, Shcherbaky, Vyshneve, Chervone, and Malynivka. A total of 328 UAVs of various types-mostly FPV drones-targeted Zaporizhzhia, Mahdalynivka, Chervonodniprovka, Plavni, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Shcherbaky, Chervona Krynytsia, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne,” the statement reads.

Additionally, Russian forces carried out three MLRS attacks on Bilohiria, Chervone, and Malynivka, and launched 110 artillery strikes on Chervonodniprovka, Plavni, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne.

Authorities received 48 reports of damage to enterprises, apartments, private homes, outbuildings, and vehicles.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, 80 buildings were damaged in Zaporizhzhia as a result of a Russian attack on September 6.
