Labourer Shot Dead In Armed Robbery In Nowshera's Pabbi Area
In a tragic incident of armed robbery, three masked gunmen shot dead a labourer in the Pabbi area of Nowshera.
According to police and family members, 34-year-old Sartaj, who worked as a labourer at Peshawar's fruit market and was the sole breadwinner of his family, was returning home after work when the robbers intercepted him near Wazir Garhi.
The assailants snatched cash and a mobile phone from him, and upon resistance, opened fire, killing him on the spot.

Rescue 1122 shifted the body to Mian Rashid Memorial Hospital Pabbi for postmortem.
Police said a case has been registered against unidentified assailants, though local police officials have denied treating the incident as an armed robbery.
Meanwhile, Jamaat-e-Islami's district leader, Maulana Goharur Rahman Gohar, condemned the incident, terming it a“bloody robbery” and accused the police of failing to protect citizens. He warned that if such situations persist, people would be compelled to protest.
