Ukrainian Forces Strike Ryazan Oil Refinery CCD
(MENAFN- UkrinForm) According to Ukrinform, the news was shared on Telegram by Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) under Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council.
“The Ryazan oil refinery. Excellent work by the Unmanned Systems Forces,” Kovalenko wrote.
