KJ brings extensive leadership experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, and product innovation across the media, healthcare, finance, government, and consulting sectors. Prior to joining Mintz Group, KJ served as Chief Information Officer of Locality, a leading advertising technology firm, where he delivered infrastructure modernization, fast and reliable systems, and introduced platforms and new technologies that improved efficiency and created opportunities for revenue generation. Earlier, KJ co-founded a management consulting firm that advised organizations on technology strategy and operational improvement. Educated as an engineer from where, KJ also holds a master's degree in management from Harvard University.
