Kuwait Security Personnel Arrest Four Money Robbers

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Sept 4 (KUNA) -- Security personnel have arrested a four-member gang that had stolen money from banks' clients while in their vehicles in the Industrial Shuwaikh District, the Ministry of Interior declared on Thurdday.
Inspectors, through diligent tracking and intensive investigations, with employment of high technology, concluded that the robbers were targeting bank clients in their vehicles in Al-Dajeej district. The thieved had followed their preys aboard vehicles, plates of which had been reputedly changed as deception.
A special squad from the MoI forces was formed to monitor their movement near the banks and after days of watching, all the robbers were detained in their vehicles near a bank in Al-Dajeej.
They confessed to committing the thefts, the MoI statement said, adding that the detainees would be referred to the competent authorities for further legal proceedings. (end)
