Kherson Shows Aftermath Of Russian Shelling In Dniprovskyi District
"Around 09:00, residential areas in the Dniprovskyi district came under enemy fire-private homes and non-residential buildings were damaged, several fires broke out, and four employees of a municipal enterprise sustained minor injuries," the statement reads.
Social workers from the Kherson City Military Administration arrived at the scene as soon as the security situation allowed. They assessed the extent of the damage, planned immediate response measures, identified key personnel for recovery efforts, and spoke with affected residents to provide necessary consultations.
As reported on Facebook by the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service (SES) in the Kherson region, the attack sparked nearly simultaneous fires at multiple locations across the district. A private residential house and a non-residential building were ablaze. Despite the ongoing threat of renewed attacks, emergency responders acted swiftly and extinguished the fires through coordinated efforts.
As earlier reported by Ukrinform, Russian artillery shelled the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson in the morning, injuring four municipal workers.
