Jordan Takes Part In Culture, Heritage, Art, Narrative, Diplomacy, And Innovation 2025 Forum In Indonesia

Amman, Sept. 4 (Petra)-- From September 3rd to 5th, Jordan will be attending the Culture, Heritage, Arts, Diplomacy, and Innovation Summit (CHANDI 2025), which will be hosted by Bali, Indonesia.
Jordan was represented at the summit, which was opened by Indonesian Minister of Culture Fadil Zon on behalf of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Culture Nidal Al-Ahmad Al-Ayasrah, and Jordanian Ambassador to Jakarta Sidqi Al-Amoush, according to a press release released by the Ministry of Culture on Thursday.
At the opening session for heads of delegations, Ayasrah delivered Jordan's speech, emphasizing that the arts and culture are a soft power that can be used to advance world peace and human unity.
In his opening remarks at the summit, which was attended by members of the diplomatic corps, international and regional organizations, and cultural ministers from around the world, he highlighted Jordan's cultural initiatives, such as the Amman Message, Interfaith Harmony Week, and the role of cultural festivals, especially the Jerash Festival, in fostering communication and peace. He also underlined Jordan's role as the Hashemite Custodian of Jerusalem's holy sites and its obligation to preserve Palestinian identity.
Jordan's involvement in the CHANDI 2025 Summit is a significant step in enhancing its diplomatic and cultural influence as well as solidifying its standing as an active participant in preserving human legacy and fostering global collaboration via the arts, culture, and creativity.
