Air Defense Forces Destroy 84 Of 112 Russian Drones Launched Against Ukraine
"On the night of September 4 (starting at 7:30 p.m. on September 3), the enemy attacked with 112 Shahed-type strike UAVs and various types of dummy drones from the following directions: Kursk, Briansk, Millerovo, Orel, Primorsko-Akhtarsk – Russian Federation, Hvardiyske – TOT Crimea," the statement said.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces.
Read also: Warehouses burn down in Odesa after Russian UAV attackAccording to preliminary data, as of 09:00, air defense forces shot down or suppressed 84 enemy Shahed-type UAVs and various types of drone simulators in the north, south, and east of the country.
Twenty-eight strike UAVs were recorded hitting 17 locations, and five locations where downed UAVs fell.
As reported by Ukrinform, warehouses burned in Odesa as a result of an attack by Russian UAVs.
