The dividend is payable September 26, 2025, to shareholders of record on September 12, 2025.

The book value of FFW Corporation stock was $45.90 per share as of July 31, 2025. The last reported trade of stock at the close of business on August 29, 2025, was $41.75 per share and the number of outstanding shares was 1,082,351 as of the same date.
