Sikorski, Rubio Discuss Security Guarantees For Ukraine
The ministry noted on its official X account that the meeting focused on“joint efforts to achieve a lasting and just end to the war in Ukraine.”
At the same time, the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted on its official website that the American side confirmed its intention to involve Poland in agreements to reliably provide Ukraine with future security guarantees.
“The American military presence on NATO's eastern flank, including in Poland, was a topic of special interest,” the Polish ministry clarified.
Polish officials emphasized that the United States reaffirmed its commitment to guaranteeing lasting peace in Ukraine.
