Eliza Labs Files Antitrust Suit Against Elon Musk's X Corp

Crucially, Eliza argues that X's actions are not safeguarded by Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act - a common legal shield for platforms - because the removal was not a matter of content moderation but a calculated attempt at competitive sabotage.

Titled Eliza Labs Inc et al v. X Corporation (No. 3:25‑cv‑07243‑TSH), the case is currently pending, with no legal representation yet entered for X Corp.
