NATO Chief Rutte: We Cannot Be Naive About Putin, Last Night Evidence Of That
"We cannot be naive about Vladimir Putin. And last night is evidence of that ... innocent civilians and civilian infrastructure have been hit massively again by Russian attacks on Ukraine," Rutte said.
The NATO representation in Ukraine offered heartfelt condolences to the victims and their families. It also extended support to international colleagues from EU Delegation to Ukraine and the British Council in Ukraine, who had been affected by the attacks.
