Ukraine's State Debt Increases By USD 1.29B In July
As of July 31, 2025, Ukraine's state and state-guaranteed debt amounted to UAH 7,773.87 billion, or USD 186.13 billion.
“During July 2025, the total state and state-guaranteed debt of Ukraine increased by UAH 76.92 billion in hryvnia terms and by USD 1.29 billion in dollar terms,” the statement reads.
Specifically, the state and state-guaranteed external debt amounted to UAH 5,827.95 billion (74.97% of the total), or USD 139.54 billion, while the domestic debt was UAH 1,945.92 billion (25.03% of the total), or USD 46.59 billion.
Ukraine's state debt alone was UAH 7,477.52 billion (96.19% of the total), or USD 179.03 billion, and the state-guaranteed debt accounted for UAH 296.35 billion (3.81%), or USD 7.1 billion.
