Huong Le is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management and Discipline Lead (HRM) at CQUniversity, Australia. She received her Ph.D. from The University of Sydney, supported by competitive scholarships from AusAID and the University of Sydney. Prior to joining CQUniversity, she held research and teaching roles at Deakin University and worked as a Policy Officer at the NSW Department of Education and Training.

Huong's research focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), workforce diversity, workforce management, employee health and well-being, organizational justice, and career management. She has published widely in leading journals, including the Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Business Ethics, British Journal of Management, Human Resource Management Review, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, among others.

Huong has secured multiple competitive grants from national and state-level agencies, including the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), the Department of Health (Victoria), the Queensland Connection Fund, and the Perpetual Trust Impact Grant. She has been awarded Visiting Research Fellowships at prestigious institutions such as Drexel University (US), the University of Sheffield (UK), the University of Sydney, the University of Melbourne, and the University of Wollongong.
