Rubio Congratulates Ukrainians On Independence Day

"The United States is committed to Ukraine's future as an independent nation," Rubio noted.

According to the U.S. Secretary of State, the U.S. believes "in a negotiated settlement that upholds Ukrainian sovereignty and guarantees its long-term security, leading to durable peace".
