Kuwait To Host MILSET 2027 EXPO-Sciences Asia

KUWAIT, Aug 20 (KUNA) -- The International Movement for Leisure Activities in Science and Technology (MILSET Asia) has announced that Kuwait has been selected to host the 2027 EXPO-Sciences Asia, and it is expected to attract participants from more than 50 countries.
The President of MILSET Asia, Dr. Abdullah Al-Mutawa told KUNA on Wednesday that the decision reflects growing international confidence in Kuwait's capabilities and its active role in supporting global scientific and technological initiatives.
He highlighted Kuwait's strong organizational vision, advanced infrastructure, and governmental and community support as key factors behind its successful bid.
Al-Mutawa noted that the forum will build on Kuwait's record of hosting major regional and international events, strengthening its role as a global hub for knowledge exchange and innovation.
The 2027 science forum will feature scientific, technical, and cultural activities, with participation expected from over 600 students worldwide across all educational levels.
The EXPO-Sciences Asia event brings together young innovators to exchange ideas, showcase projects, and engage in workshops and interactive exhibitions, with a focus on advancing science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. (end)
