Rüdiger Riesch
I'm an evolutionary ecologist with a wide-ranging interest in ecology, evolution and behavioural research. I am particularly interested in animal communication, animal mate choice, and how animals respond and potentially adapt to challenges in their environment. My research therefore also focuses on invasive species, anthropogenic pollution, extreme environments and speciation. These topics are particularly important today in light of global environmental change and the human exploitation of natural resources.
