ChangAn Automobile Achieves Highest H1 Sales in Nearly 8 Years, Driven by Record-Breaking NEV Growth and Global Expansion
(MENAFN- IPN) Dubai, UAE – 30 July – ChangAn Automobile has announced global sales for the first half of 2025, reaching 1.355 million units, the company’s highest H1 performance in nearly eight years. The results reinforce ChangAn’s strong momentum across global markets and the growing consumer demand for new energy vehicles (NEVs).
Sales of NEVs alone reached 450,000 units, marking a 48.8% year-on-year increase, while the enduringly popular CS75 series has now achieved 2.8 million cumulative sales worldwide.

• Total vehicle sales (Jan–Jun 2025): 1.355 million units
• NEV sales: 450,000 units (+48.8% YoY)
• May 2025 performance:
o Total sales: 224,310 units (+9% YoY)
o NEV sales: 94,828 units (+70% YoY)
o DEEPAL: 25,521 units (+78% YoY)
o AVATR: 12,767 units (+179% YoY)
• DEEPAL global deliveries: Surpassed 500,000 units (as of June 10)
• European expansion: DEEPAL officially launched in Norway on July 3, 2025
