AMUAAQ Organises Discussion On 'Education And Skill Development'

Doha: The Aligarh Muslim University Alumni Association Qatar (AMUAAQ), under the aegis of the Indian Embassy and ICBF, hosted an interactive discussion on 'Adapting to Change: How Education and Skill Development Can Drive Business Innovation and Success'.

The event held as a part of“Sir Syed Day 2025 – One Team, One Dream” on July 19 at Alpha Training Centre, Doha.

The event featured Mohammad Ashraf Ali Fatmi, former Union Minister of State for HRD and AMU alumnus, as the keynote speaker.

Fatmi reflected on his Aligarh days, the university's legacy, and the power of education and skills in shaping future-ready societies.

In his speech laced with historical references and interesting anecdotes outlined how Aligarians across the globe could be a force to spread, peace, brotherhood and harmony bringing communities together.

He also mentioned the accolades achieved during his ministry and parliamentarian tenure.

Jawed Ahmad, Chairman AMU Alumni Association Qatar said in discussion“It was really very important talk show where we understood how important our role today for Adapting to Change: How Education and Skill Development Can Drive Business Innovation and Success.

"He informed that all institutions face ups and downs and expressed hope that AMU will continue to play a great role in India's growth story.

Ahmad appreciated the President of AMUAAQ Dr. Nadeem Jilani and his team for community service.
