PARIS, May 16 (KUNA) -- The State of Kuwait Ambassador to France Abdullah Alshahin on Friday affirmed that Kuwait Airways' taking delivery of the first Airbus A321neo embodies depth of the partnership and cooperation between Kuwait and France.
His remarks came as took part in the ceremonial reception of the new aircraft from the Airbus plants in Toulouse -- one of nine plants the KAC would receive soon.
He told KUNA that he was proud of the occasion that reflects the distinguished level of the relations between the two friendly countries.
The Kuwaiti-French relations have continuously developed for decades in various spheres particularly at the economic and strategic levels, he said, affirming the State of Kuwait's keenness on bolstering the cooperation with the European nation.
He lauded efforts by the relevant authorities in the two countries to upgrade frameworks of the mutual cooperation. (end)
