Kazakhstan Announces Airspace Closures For Military Parade Preparations
"In connection with the preparation and conduct of the military parade, which will take place in Astana from April 22 to May 7, 2025, short-term restrictions on the use of airspace will be introduced from 10:00 to 13:00," the ministry said.
Additionally, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of
Kazakhstan reports that disruptions to flight schedules may occur
during this period.
"Passengers are advised to take these restrictions into account
when planning their trips in advance and to check the current
flight status with the airlines' and airport's information
services," stated the ministry.
As emphasized by the ministry, these measures are necessary for conducting training flights of military aviation. Passengers should be attentive and plan their travels considering possible changes in the schedule.
