Egyptian FM: Israeli Occupation Aggression Against Southern Lebanon Must Cease

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) CAIRO, March 27 (KUNA) -- Foreign Minister Badr Abdulatty said on Thursday that the Israeli occupation aggression against southern Lebanon must immediately cease with an unconditional withdraw and a complete execution of UNSC resolution 1701.
The Foreign Ministry revealed that this came in a phone conversation between Abdulatty and Lebanese counterpart Youssef Rajji.
Meanwhile, the two officials expressed desire to expand cooperation on various field with Egypt showcasing desire to aid Lebanon in reconstruction efforts of infrastructure destroy during the Israeli occupation aggression.
Abdulatty expressed his country's unwavering support to Lebanon in facing security challenges, affirming that Cairo was against all actions affecting Lebanon's security and stability. (end)
