GI Partners Announces Mike Armstrong Rejoins As Managing Director And Head Of Technology And Science Real Estate Investments

His experience there included data center acquisitions, transaction structuring, and collaboratively negotiating and executing capital structures and hyperscale leases across Stream's development portfolio.
