“The government's actions are a clear example of favoritism and cronyism,” said Umang Singhar.“While BJP MLAs are being granted ?15 crore each, Congress MLAs are receiving only ?5 crore. This disparity is unacceptable and shows a deliberate attempt to marginalize opposition-held constituencies. Tribal regions, which are already struggling with inadequate infrastructure and development, are being further neglected. This is not just an injustice; it is a betrayal of the people's trust.”
Singhar, a vocal advocate for tribal rights and welfare, emphasized that the alleged bias in fund allocation is exacerbating existing disparities in the state. He called for an immediate audit of all financial disbursements and demanded transparency in the decision-making process.
