Ukraine's National Railway Reports Technical Failure

(MENAFN) On Sunday, Ukraine’s national railway firm announced a technical malfunction that disrupted its online services.

According to a statement posted by the state-owned company on Telegram, the failure led to a temporary suspension of ticket sales through its app and website, along with online ordering and reference services.

The statement explained that, while efforts were underway to restore these online services, ticket sales for all international departures scheduled on March 23 and 24 were made available at railway stations.

Additionally, Ukrzaliznytsia assured that Ukrainian servicemen in urgent need of travel who were unable to buy tickets online would still be able to reach their destinations.
The company did not provide specific details on the cause of the technical failure.
