French Pres.: Russia Shows No Seriousness To Bring Peace In Ukraine

PARIS, March 21 (KUNA) -- In the wake of Russia's recent drone attacks on Ukraine, French President Emmanuel Macron said on Friday that Moscow showed that it is not serious to bring peace in Kiev.
Tweeting on "X", Macron said Russia does not give the "impression it sincerely wants peace", affirming full support to Ukrainian people.
Meanwhile, French Foreign Minister Jean-Noأ((l Barrot said the Russian regime claimed that it needs peace during the day, but it continues bombardment at night.
Writing on "X", the minister added that Ukraine has already showed readiness for an urgent ceasefire; however, Russia continues its aggression. (end)
