Etihad Adds 3Rd Daily Flight To Moscow
Abu Dhabi: Etihad Airways, the national carrier of the UAE, announced on Monday (March 17) that it is expanding its operations in Russia with a substantial increase in capacity on its Abu Dhabi-Moscow route.
Starting October 1, Etihad will introduce a third daily flight between Abu Dhabi and Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport (SVO), bringing the total number of weekly flights to 21. The expanded service will be operated using an Airbus A320 aircraft, featuring eight Business Class seats and 150 Economy Class seats.
In addition to the Moscow frequency increase, Etihad continues to expand its network with new routes planned for 2025, including a new service to Sochi, Russia's premier resort destination on the Black Sea coast, starting May 29.
“The triple-daily flights are perfectly timed to facilitate both business travel and leisure trips, giving guests the option to choose departures throughout the day to suit their schedules,” the airline said.
