1983 -- Kuwait Amir sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah issues a decree into law for Kuwait's joining of the treaty of establishing the Arab Industrial Organization.
1994 -- Kuwait cancels border entry cards for GCC citizens.
2004 -- Kuwait Amir Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah issues a decree for Kuwait's joining of the protocols of the child rights accord and children trade.
