Iran Releases Currency Exchange Rates For March 8

(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 8. The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) put up an official exchange rate for foreign currencies on March 8, Trend reports via the CBI.

According to the bank's currency exchange rate, 31 currencies increased and 13 decreased in price compared to March 6.

As for CBI, $1 equals 569,922 rials, and one euro is 618,764 rials, while on March 6, one euro was 613,304 rials.

The CBI adopted the SANA system for currency exchange offices, where one euro costs 762,386 rials and $1 costs 702,207 rials.

NIMA is a scheme for selling a percentage of the foreign money earned from exports.

The price of one euro in this system amounted to 741,620 rials, and the price of $1 totals 683,080 rials.

On the black market, $1 is worth about 900,000–903,000 rials, while one euro is about 976,000–979,000 rials.
