Kuwaiti Military Delegation Visits Sultan Qaboos Academy For Police Sciences


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Feb 6 (KUNA) -- A delegation from Ali Al-Sabah Military Academy, Military Education Authority and Saad Al-Abdullah Academy for Security Sciences visited Sultan Qaboos Academy for Police Sciences in Oman to enhance cooperation in education and training for female personnel.
Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense said Thursday, in a press statement, that the Kuwaiti military delegation was briefed during the visit on the registration and admission system and the approved education and training mechanisms at the academy.
The delegation was received by the Academy Commander Colonel Khalifa Al-Farai and made a field tour to view the facilities and equipment used in training female security personnel.
The Commander of Ali Al-Sabah Military Academy, Brigadier General Fawaz Al-Musailem, expressed his appreciation to Colonel Al-Farai for the warm reception and generous hospitality, praising the advanced level the Academy has reached in the field of qualifying and training female personnel.
The visit came within the framework of joint cooperation between the security and military institutions in the two countries, which contributes to developing national cadres and enhancing the exchange of knowledge and expertise. (end)
