Amir Visits Royal Military Academy Sandhurst

Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani visited today the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
Upon arrival, His Highness was welcomed by the UK's Secretary of State for Defence, HE John Healey, along with Major General Nick Cowley, Commandant of the Academy, and a number of senior military officers and officials.
During the visit, His Highness was briefed on the activities of the Qatar-UK Joint Squadron Exercise. He also met with several academics at the academy and Qatari cadets currently enrolled.
Additionally, His Highness attended an impressive air display featuring military aircraft.
Accompanying His Highness were several members of the official delegation.
