Katara's Jazz Festival To Feature Prominent Artistes

Doha, Qatar: A strong presence of French artistes along with other European jazz artistes is expected during the upcoming 8th edition of Katara's European Jazz Festival.
Performances by Pierre Durand 'Electric' 4tet, an acclaimed group from France which has won various awards is scheduled on December 7 at 9pm, they will play their latest album, 'The End & The Beginning.'

11 countries within the European cultural group, chaired by the French embassy this time -, are joining their best efforts to present to the audience in Qatar some of the finest representatives of European Jazz music, said the Ambassador of France to Qatar H E Jean Baptiste Faivre during a press conference held regarding the 8th edition of Katara's European Jazz Festival.
Ambassador Faivre thanked those made this festival possible.
